Rabbi Louchheim's Lemon Bars
Ingredients
CRUST
- 1½ cup flour
- ½ cup confectioners; sugar
- ¾ cup softened butter
FILLING
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
CRUST
- Press into a 13" x 9" pan.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven.
FILLING
- Pour over crust – bake until lightly brown, approximately 20minutes. When completely cooled sprinklewith powdered sugar. I forgot to grease the aluminum pan and I had no problemgetting the bars out.

Also, I used vegan butter. Amazing! enjoy. It is so easy to make this.
